New Standards of Working Due To Covid-19

We are strictly following and adhering to government guidelines regarding sanitisation and infection control. We are Dermalogica Clean Touch Certified, which certifies that we have successfully completed training on proper sanitisation and disinfection according to Dermalogica’s professional-grade standards and principles for enhanced service safety in order to return to work.

We have a sanitisation station on arrival at the salon with masks and gloves available – for a small fee which will be donated to the NHS. All clients will be required to answer a short questionnaire to ensure they have had no symptoms within the last 14 days, and have also been in no contact with any persons who have a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Booking & Your Therapist

Whilst every effort is made for you to get your chosen therapist – sometimes this is not always possible. If for any reason your therapist is unavailable last minute for any unforeseen reason you will be looked after by an alternative therapist. Please note your booking is with So Pampered as a business and not with the individual therapist. We reserve the right to replace your therapist without prior notice. If you wish to cancel then this will be chargeable as per our terms and conditions. We value your feedback and comments, please let us know when we please or if we don’t.

Punctuality & Courtesy

We politely ask that you arrive to So Pampered a few minutes prior to your treatment time. Any late showings for appointments will finish at the end of booked treatment time and the price will be charged in full. All times stated include prepartation of room and client (i.e 5 minutes before and after).


Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise a 50% fee of the treatment price will be charged. Any gift vouchers there were to be used will incur a 50% deduction of value.

Purchase on Retail Products

Retail products must be paid in full at the point of sale. All products are refundable within 14 days if the product is unopened and it is in it’s original packaging.

Gift Vouchers

All of our gift vouchers are valid for six months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and will not be redeemed for cash.


All our client’s personal details are kept in the strictest of confidence and never shared. If you would prefer to opt out of our mailing list, please notify us or unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time using the link enclosed at the foot of all our emails. Salon Hygiene

This is of paramount importance when providing all of our services. The strict cleanliness and sterilisation of tools and working areas is implemented throughout the salon and WC facilities regularly.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for eyelash or eyebrow tinting at least 24 hours prior to treatments. A patch test is also required two weeks prior to a Dermalogica Pro Power Peel treatment.
